1. Right of use (eligibility)

You may use the Site only if you meet all the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with all their provisions;
• You are not prohibited from using the Site or Services under the laws of the country where you reside or are located while using the Site.

We make no express or implied representation or warranty about the legality of the Site, Services or their use by any person, and accept no responsibility for unlawful use by a User.

2. Restricted territories

At our sole discretion, we may restrict the availability of the Site or Services, or any part of them, to Users in territories where we reasonably believe we may face legal, regulatory, reputational or economic risks (“Restricted Territories”).

We may impose additional requirements or conditions before accepting Users who reside in or come from certain countries. If Users travel to Restricted Territories, the Site or Services may be unavailable or blocked there.

3. Prohibited activities

You agree to use the Site and Services respectfully and must not:

Without prejudice to our other rights, if we are concerned that your use may breach these Terms or applicable law, we may monitor your use, prevent access, transmit data about your behaviour patterns to third parties and take other measures we consider appropriate to protect our assets or rights.

4. Intellectual property rights

The Site and its content, including videos, text, photographs, logos, designs, music, sounds, trademarks and other materials, are protected by our intellectual property rights or those of third parties.

We reserve all rights, title and interest in the Site and Services. Use transfers no intellectual property rights to the User beyond the right to use them under these Terms. Users may use the Site and Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

Use of the Site and Services is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Services are provided “as is”, “as available” and “with all faults”.

While using the Services, you may see third-party content or services, including advertisements and reviews of Third-Party Platforms. We do not control, endorse or adopt this content, which may not be accurate or current. Independently verify information before relying on it. Decisions based on it are solely your responsibility.

Including Links does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or another relationship with those websites or their operators. We have not reviewed all Links and are not responsible for their content. Review third-party terms and policies before interacting with them.

8. Miscellaneous provisions

• At our sole discretion, we may change, modify or terminate Services or introduce new Services periodically, without liability for losses arising from those changes.
• We may amend these Terms periodically by publishing the latest version and its update date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Transmitting information to or from the Site does not create a relationship beyond those established in these Terms.
• These Terms and our Privacy Policy, as amended periodically, constitute the sole valid agreements between us and the User. Other statements, promises or commitments are not binding.
• No omission or delay in exercising a right, power or legal remedy constitutes a waiver.
• If a competent court finds a provision unenforceable, it will be excluded and the remaining Terms will remain effective and enforceable, interpreted under applicable law to reflect the excluded provision as closely as possible.
• We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations to third parties, and third parties may operate the Site or Services. You may not transfer, assign or pledge your rights or obligations under these Terms.
